These custom arch support insoles will change the shape and timing of your feet while at the same time giving you the adequate support you need.

Our Process

Once you’ve received a prescription from your doctor, we will make a personal visit to your home or work. Our fitting process starts by determining your needs and understanding your lifestyle through a physical assessment. We provide a bio-mechanical foot assessment, a gait analysis and a 3D foot-scan to understand how your feet are affecting the alignment in your legs, your back and the rest of your body.

Read our Foot Orthotics FAQ for more specific information about our process.

custom-foot-orthoticsWe use that information to build a perfect fitting orthotic device that will meet your medical needs and make your feet happy. These types of medical inserts vary in terms longevity. Based on daily usage statistics these devices should last for a year.

How Do Orthotics Inserts Help?

Orthotics change the shape and the timing of your walking-gate. Research has shown that custom orthotic insoles help balance the feet and the spine up your body’s kinetic chain. Those who wear orthotics usually better maintain their long term health goals because orthotics make your feet feel happy which motivates you to be in motion.

Do I Need Orthotic Inserts?

If you have high arches, plantar fasciitis, flat feet, heel pain, over-pronation, arch pain or toe pain, custom prescription orthotics definitely will help. You may need orthotic corrections if you have the following symptoms:

  • Plantar fasciitis / heel spurs
  • Sciatica
  • Shin splints
  • Diabetic ulcers
  • Arthritis / Gout
  • Bunions and Hammer toes
  • Metatarsalgia
  • Morton’s neuroma
  • Posterior tibial dysfunction
  • Stress fractures
  • Runner’s knee
  • Achilles tendinitis
  • Pes planus (flat feet)
  • Pes cavus (high arched feet)
  • Low back pain & hip pain
  • Calluses & Corns

Orthotic therapy only works when we’re wearing them and they’re under your feet. They correct, cushion and support both your feet and arch, and the rest of your body. They can help anyone, but they especially help people who have problem feet. If you learn to wear them every day the pain that you’re experiencing will decrease, and you’ll become stronger because your body will want to be in motion because of the help of the insert. You can wear them when you’re walking, running, working or even just relaxing at home.
